Description
Lavander -Hybrid Abrial essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches as well as to help relieve nervousness, irritability and worry and to help with sleep.

Direction: Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
